Our Services

HIRAA LLC provides web development, mobile app development, Telegram bots, and automation solutions.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before project delivery. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital subscriptions (such as Event Alerts service) are considered non-refundable digital services after the subscription process is completed if more than 3 days have passed from the subscription date. In case of cancellation within the first 3 days of subscription, a full refund of the amount paid can be issued. After the 3-day period expires, subscribers are not entitled to any refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the next month.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

Warranty

We provide a warranty period as specified in your agreement for bug fixes and technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

HIRAA LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
